Installation Steps
- Download the judipedia APK file (Android) or open our web app link in Safari (iOS).

When you download the app, we cache the live-studio interface and game assets locally—this means tables load faster even on slower connections. Common Installation Issues
If you see "Unknown app" or "Cannot verify developer" on Android, this is normal for APK files distributed outside the Google Play Store. Go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and enable installation from unknown sources. If you see a certificate warning, this means your device's system clock is incorrect—check that your phone's date and time are set automatically. If the app crashes on launch, clear your app cache (Settings → Apps → judipedia → Storage → Clear Cache) and try again. If you cannot download the APK file, check that your phone has at least 50 MB of free storage and that your internet connection is stable. For iOS users, if the web app does not load, clear your Safari cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and try again.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security
The judipedia app requests permission to access your camera (for ID verification during signup), your microphone (for live-dealer chat), and your device storage (to cache game assets). We do not access your contacts, calendar, or location without explicit permission. Your account credentials are encrypted end-to-end; we never store your password in plain text. When you log in, your session token is encrypted and stored securely on your device. If you lose your phone, your judipedia account remains secure—log in from another device and change your password immediately. We support account recovery via email verification; if you forget your password, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and follow the email link.
