Payments and transactions

judipedia does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) may charge a small fee depending on your account type and transaction size. These fees are set by your bank or e-wallet provider, not by judipedia. We display any applicable fees before you confirm your transaction. Deposits are credited to your judipedia account immediately after your bank or e-wallet confirms the transfer. Withdrawals are processed within one business day; funds appear in your bank account or e-wallet within 24 hours after processing. During holidays such as Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, processing may take up to 48 hours.

If a deposit does not complete, your bank or e-wallet may have declined the transaction due to insufficient funds, incorrect details, or security checks. Check your bank or e-wallet app to confirm the transaction status. If the transaction was declined, your funds are not deducted and you can try again. If the transaction was approved by your bank but does not appear in your judipedia account within 24 hours, contact our support team with your transaction reference number. We investigate and credit your account within 48 hours if the transaction was successful on your bank's end. If a withdrawal does not complete, it may be due to incorrect account details or a temporary issue with your bank. We notify you of any problems and ask you to resubmit your withdrawal request with corrected details. Withdrawals are not charged back to your judipedia account if they fail.

Game rules and markets

judipedia offers markets on major football leagues and tournaments. We cover Liga 1 Indonesia, Piala AFF, Piala Indonesia, Champions League, Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, and international tournaments including the World Cup and continental championships. For each match, we offer multiple market types: match winner (home, draw, away), total goals (over/under), both teams to score, Asian handicap, first-half result, and correct score. We also offer live-in-play markets during matches, allowing you to place wagers as the game unfolds. Markets settle within subject to verification of final whistle. The offer is an attractive bonus credited to your account after your first deposit is confirmed. The exact bonus amount and terms vary and are displayed during registration. If you cannot access your registered email address, contact support with proof of identity (a photo of your national ID). We verify your identity and help you regain access to your account.
